Depending on the package, most sites are completed within 1 to 3 weeks. Complex projects like e-commerce stores may take longer. I'll give you a clear timeline in your proposal before any work begins.
Your logo, any photos or content you want on the site, and a clear idea of what you need. I'll guide you through everything else. Content can be sent via WhatsApp, email, or Google Drive — whichever is easiest for you.
Domain and hosting setup is included in Professional and Premium packages. For Starter packages it can be added as an extra. I'll recommend reliable, affordable options suited to South African businesses.
A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion before the site goes live. Payment is via EFT to a South African bank account.
Yes — Professional and Premium packages include CMS access so you can update content yourself. I also offer content update add-ons if you'd prefer me to handle changes for you.
Yes — I work with clients across South Africa. Everything is handled remotely via WhatsApp, email, and video call. Location has never been a barrier to delivering good work.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers time and resources already committed. If a project is cancelled before work starts, the deposit is fully refunded. Final payment is only required once you are satisfied with the completed site.
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds can be requested and are billed at an agreed rate. I share progress updates throughout the build so major changes are caught early — not at the end.
